InstaLoadr is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

Service "as is"

InstaLoadr is provided without warranties of any kind. Media extraction depends on Instagram's own platform and may stop working or change without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, InstaLoadr and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this service.

Rate limits & abuse

We may rate-limit, throttle, or block access from any source that abuses the service.

Changes to these terms

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from use of InstaLoadr will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
