How to Download Music From an Instagram Reel

Instagram has no download button for the music in a Reel. You can still get it in three ways: save the sound inside the app, turn the Reel into an MP3 with its link, or find the song name and get the track from a music service. The best way depends on what you want to do with the music.
Way 1: Save the music inside Instagram
Tap the sound name at the bottom of the Reel to open its audio page, then tap Save audio. This is useful if you want the same music for your own Reel. The music stays inside Instagram. It does not give you a file, and you cannot play it in your music app.
